1. Go to Accounts tab, add your Facebook Account with name, App ID, App Secret, and User Token
2. Click "Fetch Pages" on each account to auto-import all its pages
3. In Schedules tab, create posting schedules for each page with master prompts
4. When it's time, tell AI: "Process all due posts now"
5. AI will generate videos for ALL due schedules across ALL accounts and auto-post them

ā¹ļø How Auto-Processing Works
Every [interval] minutes, the system calls GET /api/schedules/active
It finds all active schedules and picks up to [max videos] per run
For each schedule: generates video(s) per the saved format (15s/30s/45s)
Applies watermark removal if enabled (3-position boxblur)
Merges video parts if split format (2Ć15s or 3Ć15s)
Calls POST /api/receive-and-post to publish to Facebook
Updates last_posted timestamp on the schedule

ā "Remote API returned Unauthorized"
The local server tried to call the remote API at https://app.freegenimage.website but the token was rejected or missing. The system falls back to using local JSON data files automatically.
Fix: Go to Settings tab and verify the API Token matches: d69bc9b40d...479a4d3b
ā ļø "Rate limited (code 368)"
Facebook has temporarily blocked posting from this page due to too many requests in a short period. This is Facebook's spam protection.
Fix: Wait 1-24 hours for the limit to reset. Reduce posting frequency in schedules.
āļø "No schedules due" / 0 processed
The cron ran successfully but found no schedules that need posting. This happens when: (a) schedule_time hasn't arrived yet, or (b) schedule was already posted today.
Time Zone Note: Server uses UTC. Kuala Lumpur = UTC+8. If you want 12:00 PM MYT, set schedule to 04:00 UTC.
š "Invalid Date" in logs
The log entry's timestamp field was missing or in an unrecognized format. This is fixed in v2.2 - the dashboard now handles multiple date formats gracefully.
ā Posts not showing in Post Log?
Make sure the pipeline calls POST /api/posts/result after each successful Facebook post. The Post Log tab now has a š Debug button to check data.
